How do I log in?
Enter your username (typically your email address) and password into the appropriate sections and click “Login”
My username is not working, what should I do?
Ensure that you are typing your username correctly. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact the help desk or the clinic so that your username and password can be reset.
When trying to login, I get an error that says there are no active prescriptions.
Please contact the clinic so your doctor can look at your prescriptions. Please leave a voicemail if no one answers and allow 24 hours for updates. On weekends or when the office is closed, it may take longer than 24 hours. Note: the help desk will not be able to help with this issue.
I received an error stating that I do not have an active account.
Please first verify your username and password are typed correctly and if you are still having issues, please contact the help desk or the clinic.
After completing my exercises, I feel an increase in my dizziness. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
It is normal to feel a slight increase in your symptoms of dizziness following your home AVT program. These symptoms should subside within a few hours of completing your exercises and should be mild in nature. If your symptoms persist for longer than 24 hours or are severe, please discontinue home exercises until your next visit and discuss this with your doctor during your next visit. As discussed in your initial AVT session, it is typical for your symptoms to increase as we begin to introduce stimulation to your system
How often should I be doing my exercises at home?
You should be doing your exercises twice a day on days you are not coming into the clinic. Please do not do your exercises on the days you come into the clinic.
I missed my exercises earlier in the day, can I do both sessions back-to-back?
No, we would like for you to wait a minimum of 3 hours between the 2 sessions of AVT in a day. If you are unable to provide this space of time between sessions, please perform only one session that day.
My doctor said my exercises would be changed, but they have not changed. What should I do?
Please allow 24 hours for the exercises to be updated after your appointment. If you are not seeing updates after this time period, please contact the clinic and leave a message for your doctor. Note: the help desk will not be able to help with this issue.
My doctor told me I should use a metronome beat. How do I access this feature on the website?
If your provider instructed you to use a metronome for your exercises you can locate it at the bottom of the screen once you access the specific video you need to watch. To use the metronome, type the speed into the box next to the word “TEMPO” or drag the square along the bar to the right of the box until the desired number is displayed in the box. Then click “PLAY” to begin the metronome sound
Where can I find the notes from my doctor?
Any instructions pertinent to the prescription will be given by your provider and if needed, appear directly beneath the AVT tab and above the list of video exercises. If your provider has instructions for each specific video, it will appear below the video the notes are intended for.
How do I do the exercises?
Please sit for exercises unless otherwise instructed by your provider. Keep your eyes in the center of the screen and look at each square as it passes through (as if you are trying to count them). Try not to follow one single square all the way across the screen but rather keep your eyes moving from one light, to the next, and to the next.
